So by my notes it will have a blade .250" longer than the Mud Puppy LE, and an O.A.L. .250" shorter. Does this mean that the 311 has a 1/2" shorter Mudder handle??

If I'm not mistaken they changed the way they measured knives in the last couple of years due to some state(s) language on blade length. I could be misremembering but I thought Jerry said that at Blade.
